Registration for the conference is open to all interested participants. Early bird discounts will also be offered. The registration fee will cover conference materials, meals, and refreshments. Please note that the registration fee does not include accommodation. Participants are responsible for booking their own accommodation. We can provide a list of recommended hotels upon request in the vicinity of the conference venue through the Conference Secretariate.

Terms and Conditions:
- Cancellations: If you are unable to attend, you may request a cancellation by 31st Jan 2025. A 75% refund will be issued for cancellations made before 21st Feb 2025. No refunds will be processed after this date.
- Substitutions: You may transfer your registration to another person if you cannot attend.
- Please notify the conference organizers of any substitutions by 20th June 2025 at info@icglst.com
